Ráo restaurant is situated on one of the most emblematic streets of Barcelona.
The building counting hundreds years of history, it's beautiful decoration is a subtle mix of the authentic Catalan architecture with modern style.
Our new location: Xera by Raó
After surviving 2020, we were ready to grow and have decided to open a new location in 2022. Located on the opposite side of the street, Xera by Raó is an extension of our first venue. It offers the same fine dining experience, serving the same dishes (also ideal to share) in a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere!
MAIN DINING AREA
A cozy spacious salon with a comfortable sofa and elegant marble tables.
Well lite separate dining area with views into open kitchen. Great for groups up to 20 people.
Private dining area for up to 8 people, decorated with modern Graffiti ``Girl at the Window`` by Salvador Dali.

Served with beetroot hummus and pickled vegetables
Local free range acorn fed duck breast, mini pack-choi sautéed with soy and strawberry sauce
Grilled octopus leg, causa limeña base and pico de gallo

Slow-cooked with Pedro Ximénez demi-glace, served with potato purée and sautéed spinach

With creamy sweet potato and edamame sautéed with ginger and ponzu
Jamón Ibérico bellota cured 18 months

Spanish omelette served runny with sobrasada

Slow-cooked with creamy sweet potato and sautéed spinach
Sea bass marinated in lime juice, red onion, coriander, sweet potato chips and celery lime ice cream
Tuna tartar macerated in soy with ginger orange purée and daikon turnip
SEASONAL VEGAN SALAD
Seasonal vegetables textures with olive oil sorbet
Local free range acorn fed duck breast, Pedro Ximénez reduction and candied carrots
Grilled octopus leg, pear purée and candied celery turnip
